Until all of Ukraine is captured, Putin has not won: Zelenskyy

Putin's goal in the war against Ukraine is to establish complete control over the country, said the President of Ukraine. According to Zelenskyy, the President of Russia wants to fully occupy Ukraine. That is a victory for him. And as long as he cannot do that, the winner is Kyiv. According to him, to stop the war, the US and the EU must exert more pressure on Putin.

The head of Ukraine also commented on Putin's proposal to hold peace talks in Moscow.

"I cannot go to Moscow when my country is being shelled every day. I cannot go to the capital of that terrorist," Zelenskyy said. According to him, Putin's tactic is to constantly postpone direct negotiations with him. "Putin had earlier stated that he is ready to meet with the President of Ukraine only in Moscow, and considers requests for negotiations in other places 'superfluous'," noted Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
