Zangilan Railway to Be Completed Next Year: Aliyev

The construction of the railway to Zangilan (southern wing of occupied Artsakh - ed.) is already successfully underway, and it will probably be completed next year.

The President of Azerbaijan said this during a meeting with people settled in the occupied Artsakh city of Karvachar. "Now we are completely modernizing the railway in the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic. The construction of a railway is also planned on the territory of Armenia," Aliyev noted.

He considers the initialing of the peace agreement with Armenia in Washington as another victory for Baku, forgetting to mention that it was actually Baku that had been delaying the signing or initialing of that document for a long time.
