Maria Zakharova noted that the practical effectiveness of the "Trump's Route" project can only be assessed after familiarizing oneself with the specific details.

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that it is also necessary to take into account a number of additional factors:

Armenia is part of the single customs territory of the EAEU,
One of the subsidiaries of Russian Railways (RZhD), "South Caucasian Railway," manages Armenia's railway networks,
Russian border guards are guarding the section where, according to forecasts, the said route will pass.
