Yerevan to Use Citizen Ratings for Performance Reviews

Citizens have evaluated the effectiveness of our work; the work performance and incentive programs will be conditioned by this. Tigran Avinyan announced this.

"We will also draw a conclusion as to which administrative district, which unit, communicates with citizens and how, and how it solves the voiced problems. I ask you to be active on the 'Active Citizen' application and for each of you to be responsible for your assessment," noted the Mayor of Yerevan.
