17,000 sqm "Forest" Land Plot Returned to State in Yerevan

The court has restored the property right of the Republic of Armenia over a land plot in the center of Yerevan.

A 17,200 square meter "forest" designation land plot, located in the area adjacent to the TV tower on G. Hovsepyan Street in Yerevan, has been returned to the Republic of Armenia.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan informed about this on his "Telegram" channel.

According to the Prime Minister, the cadastral value of the land plot, approximated to the market value, is 653 million 600 thousand drams, equivalent to about 1 million 677 thousand US dollars.

It should be noted that by the court's decision, the land plot has been officially registered as state property.
