With a Shovel and a Smartphone, Against Indifference

On one of Yerevan's streets, you can meet Eduard Hayrumyan, with an ordinary shovel in his hand and buckets full of garbage next to him. He is a programmer, but he dedicates his free time to a task that, he believes, an ordinary citizen should not have to do at all. Eduard is cleaning the capital's clogged storm drains, trying to solve a problem that the relevant authorities have been unable to address for years.
