Weather in Armenia: Rain, Wind Forecast as Temperatures Drop

On the evening of September 5, and during the night and evening of September 6, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of Yerevan. On the evening of September 5, wind is expected to intensify to 12-15 m/s.

On the evening of September 5, and on September 6 and the night of September 7, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions.

During thunderstorms, wind is expected to intensify to 17-20 m/s. On the evening of September 5, wind intensification of 13-16 m/s is expected in Armavir, and the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn.

The air temperature will gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees from September 5-7.

A high-level fire danger situation will be maintained in Shirak, the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, the Ararat valley, and the valleys of Syunik for the next 5 days.
