Weather in Armenia: Rain, Cold Snap Expected

In the evening of September 18 and in the afternoon of September 21, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of Yerevan. On September 19, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected, with wind gusts of 15-17 m/s during the thunderstorm. On September 20, 22-23, weather without precipitation is expected.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​In the regions, on the evening of September 18, the night of September 19, on September 20-21, and the night of September 22, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in separate regions. In the afternoon of September 19, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected in most regions, with heavy downpours in some areas and possible hail. On the afternoon of September 22 and on September 23, weather without precipitation is expected.

The wind will be from the northeast at 5-9 m/s, with gusts of 18-22 m/s expected during thunderstorms.

The air temperature will decrease by 8-12 degrees in the afternoon of September 19, and will rise by 4-5 degrees in the afternoon of September 20.
