Weapons and Ammunition Found Near Yerevan Cemetery

On September 19, a citizen who called the operational management center of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that he had left weapons and ammunition near the Zeytun cemetery.

Officers of the Kanaker-Zeytun department of the community police found 391 cartridges of different calibers, explosives, a grenade, a hunting rifle, and parts of an automatic rifle at the indicated place.

The police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs urge to voluntarily hand over illegally kept weapons and ammunition to avoid criminal liability.
