Washington Tailors a "Straitjacket" for Azerbaijan

The "PEACE Act" bill was introduced in Congress, which, at the proposal of Darrell Issa, provides for sanctions against Azerbaijani officials and structures in case of violation of the August 8 agreement, with the aim of deterring aggression and strengthening peace. Meanwhile, the Armenian National Committee emphasizes that the bill ignores previous war crimes and key issues, while its supporters, on the contrary, assess it as a necessary step to ensure peace.
