Verin Lars to Implement E-Booking System From October 1

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia informs that from October 1, 2025, an electronic system for reserving the date and time of entry (GIS EPD) will be implemented at the automobile border crossing points of the Russian Federation, including the Verin Lars crossing point.

The electronic platform allows freight carriers to pre-book the day and time of arrival at the Verin Lars checkpoint when exiting the Russian Federation.

For registration, it is necessary to:

register on the electronic platform,
confirm the email and phone number,
receive confirmation after data verification,
create a vehicle card by attaching a copy of the registration document and receive confirmation after data verification.
