Gas station in Vayots Dzor recovers 123M AMD in tax evasion case

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in the Vayots Dzor Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained that a company providing natural gas filling services had concealed the company's real turnover by entering distorted data in the reports that are the basis for taxation.

As a result of the procedural and evidentiary actions carried out during the preliminary investigation, the damage caused to the state in the amount of 123,335,339 AMD has been recovered.
