Vagharshapat Gas Station Murder Case Sent to Court

The Investigative Committee reports that the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated on the occasion of the murder that took place at a gas station in the Vagharshapat community of Armavir province has been completed in the Department for Investigation of Crimes Against Persons of the General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases.

"During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, apparent factual data were obtained that on March 22, 2025, K.B. and A.P. met at a gas station operating in the Vagharshapat community to clarify the disagreements between them, where the conversation turned into an argument.

During the argument, K.B. fired at A.P. with an illegally possessed firearm, killing him.

Public criminal prosecution has been initiated against K.B. under Article 155, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (murder).

Detention has been applied as a measure of restraint against the latter.
