Vagharshapat Elections: CEC Announces Party Ballot Numbers

At its extraordinary session on October 18, the Central Electoral Commission held a draw among the parties and party alliances participating in the proportional elections for the Vagharshapat community council of Armavir Province, scheduled for November 16, 2025, to assign them serial numbers.

The draw was conducted in the alphabetical order of the names of the parties and party alliances. Thus, the parties registered for the Vagharshapat community council elections will appear under the following numbers according to the results of the draw:

"HAGHTANAK" (VICTORY) PARTY ALLIANCE, COMPRISING "ARRAJ" (FORWARD) and "ARMENIAN REVOLUTIONARY FEDERATION" PARTIES - 1

"HAMAHAYKAKAN TCHAKAT" (PAN-ARMENIAN FRONT) PARTY - 2

"HANRAPETUTYUN" (REPUBLIC) PARTY - 3

"MAYR HAYASTAN" (MOTHER ARMENIA) NATIONAL-DEMOCRATIC PARTY - 4

"AZAT DEMOKRATNER" (FREE DEMOCRATS) PARTY - 5

"ZHARANGUTYUN" (HERITAGE) PARTY - 6

"QAGHAQATSIAKAN PAYMANAGIR" (CIVIL CONTRACT) PARTY - 7

"HAYRENIK" (HOMELAND) PARTY - 8

The pre-election campaign will start on October 22 and will continue until November 14, at 24:00.

The declarations on the property and income of the parties, the parties included in the party alliances, and the candidates included in the electoral lists will be posted on the website of the Central Electoral Commission by October 30.

A report on the financial inflows and outflows of the pre-election funds of the parties and party alliances will be submitted to the supervisory and audit service of the Central Electoral Commission every three working days, starting from October 25.
