Vagharshapat Council Elections: 8 Political Forces Compete Today

The enlarged community of Vagharshapat is electing a head on November 16. Eight political forces are vying in the council elections: "Homeland," "Victory," "Civil Contract," "Free Democrats," "Mother Armenia," "Heritage," "Republic," "All-Armenian Front."

The number of voters, as of the latest update, is 69,866. All 47 polling stations opened at 8 AM.

It should be recalled that, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, directions and tools for the work of the department and subordinate services have been defined to ensure the normal course of the local self-government elections to be held in Vagharshapat community.
