The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to Armenia, Kristina Kvien.
"Welcoming the guests, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the agreements reached as a result of the meetings held in Washington on August 8 and expressed hope that with joint efforts it will be possible to develop bilateral relations within the framework of the memorandums of understanding signed between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America.
The interlocutors discussed regional developments and the possibilities of unblocking communications, and referred to the importance of the "Trump's Path for International Peace and Prosperity" project.
In this context, Brendan Henrehen, Head of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US State Department, noted: "I am very pleased to announce that, working with Congress, we intend to provide Armenia with $145 million in support.
