By the decision of the Director of National Intelligence Gabbard, U.S. special services have stopped transferring data on peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to partners in the "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance, which includes the U.S., Canada, Australia, Great Britain, and New Zealand. This was reported by CBS News.
The corresponding document, signed by Gabbard on July 20, prohibits the transfer of intelligence information if it has not been previously published.
An exception is made for information that does not directly relate to the negotiations, as well as for data obtained through diplomatic channels or transferred to Kyiv to support military operations. The reasons for establishing the ban are not disclosed in the document.
