Upper Lars Road Restrictions Until Dec 2025

From October 8 until December 6, 2025, restrictions will be in effect on the road leading to the Upper Lars checkpoint. This is reported by the Roads Department of Georgia.

"Due to earthworks being carried out on the 126th km of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway, the roadway will be narrowed. For this reason, traffic will be restricted every day from 06:00 to 10:00," states the message released by the Roads Department of Georgia.
