UNHRC Adopts Armenia's Human Rights Report

Within the framework of the 60th session of the UN Human Rights Council, the national report of the Republic of Armenia for the 4th cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) has been adopted.
During the adoption of the national report of the 4th cycle of the Universal Periodic Review of Armenia, the head of the RA delegation, Permanent Representative of the RA to the UN Office in Geneva, Ambassador Hasmik Tolmajyan, in her speech, emphasized the importance of the UPR toolkit and the recommendations addressed to Armenia within its framework, which are aimed at strengthening the human rights system.
The Permanent Representative of the RA stressed that Armenia has accepted the vast majority of the recommendations addressed to Armenia by UN member states during the discussion of the national report held on May 1, 2025, at the 49th session of the UPR working group. She reaffirmed the RA's commitment to the protection and promotion of human rights, in line with the ongoing reforms in Armenia.
