Ukraine Recruits Foreign Mercenaries to Fill Army Ranks: Times

The Ukrainian command is trying to fill the shortage of people in the army with foreign mercenaries, writes the Sunday Times. The publication notes that draft evasion by Ukrainian citizens has become a "common phenomenon." In addition, many men have left Ukraine for European countries.

"Ukraine hopes to solve at least some of its personnel problems through the flow of foreign fighters," the article says.

Earlier it was reported that the widows of Colombian mercenaries killed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are turning to Russian chat-bots in the hope of finding their husbands' bodies. Russian security forces told TASS that Russian Armed Forces fighters, with the help of a FAB-3000, destroyed a registration point with foreign instructors and officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
