Two Wanted for Murder of Chechen Citizen in Armenia

Public criminal prosecution has been initiated against two persons who committed the murder of a citizen of Chechnya under Article 155, Part 2, Point 8 of the Criminal Code (murder committed by a group of persons). This is reported by the Investigative Committee.

Detention has been chosen as a measure of restraint against the latter, and it has been instructed to declare a search for them in the manner prescribed by law. The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
