Turkish Envoy to Visit Armenia for Normalization Talks

"In the coming days, within the framework of the normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations, a meeting of special representatives Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç is planned in Armenia," said the Armenian Foreign Minister. Turkish NTV, citing diplomatic sources, reported that the delegation headed by Kılıç will presumably arrive in Armenia through the "Alican" border checkpoint. The Armenian side has reconstructed the Margara checkpoint, spending about 1 billion drams, but to this day it is unclear when that opening will become a reality.
