Trump Sues The New York Times for $15 Billion

"Today I have the great honor of filing a $15 billion defamation lawsuit against the New York Times, one of the worst and most degenerate newspapers in our country's history, which has become a virtual 'mouthpiece' for the Left Radical Democratic Party." US President Donald Trump wrote about this on his Truth Social page.

"Their endorsement of Kamala Harris was actually placed in the center of the front page of the New York Times, which has NEVER HAPPENED before. The Times has been engaged in a method of lying about Your favorite President (ME), my family, business, the 'America First' movement, MAGA, and our nation for decades. I am PROUD to be calling this once-respected 'rag' to account, as we have done with the fake news networks," Trump wrote, adding that the New York Times has been allowed to freely lie, slander, and defame him for too long, and that stops NOW.

The lawsuit is being filed in the state of Florida.
