Trump Signs Decree Bolstering Security Guarantees for Qatar

Trump has signed a decree that significantly strengthens the US commitment to ensuring Qatar's security.

It is noted that this document was signed on September 29, the day of the meeting between the head of the White House and Prime Minister Netanyahu.

The presidential decree states that the country "will consider any armed attack on the territory, sovereignty, or vital infrastructure of Qatar as a threat to its peace and security" and will take all legal and appropriate measures, including military, to protect the interests of the US and Qatar.
