Trump Frustrated with Putin Over Ukraine Peace Talks

Trump is losing patience as he believes Putin is deliberately dragging out time in the Ukraine peace talks, said Rubio.

"I think he is getting more and more frustrated because despite the very good communications and phone calls with Putin, nothing is working out."
