Trump's Peace Plan Without Ukraine and Europe

US President Donald Trump has approved a 28-point peace plan aimed at ending the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. The initiative was developed with the participation of several high-ranking administration members: Steve Witkoff, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Jared Kushner. Ukraine, however, did not participate in this process. European allies have criticized the American initiative, emphasizing that they were excluded from its development phase.
