Trump Still Awaiting "Serious" Response from Democrats

"After carefully studying the unserious and ridiculous demands put forward by the Democrats in exchange for their votes to keep our prosperous Country open, I have decided that any meeting with their Congressional leaders cannot be productive." US President Donald Trump wrote about this on his social media page.

"They are threatening to shut down the United States Government unless they get more than $1 Trillion in new spending to continue free healthcare for illegal aliens (a huge cost!), force Taxpayers to fund transgender surgeries for minors, have dead people on Medicaid rolls, allow illegal alien criminals to steal Billions of Dollars in American Taxpayer Benefits, try to force our Country to reopen the Borders to Criminals and the World, allow men to play in women's sports," Trump wrote in particular.

"I look forward to meeting with them if they get serious about our Nation's future. We need to keep the Government open and act like true Patriots, not hold American Citizens hostage, knowing that they want to shut down our now prosperous Country. I would gladly meet with them if they agree to the Principles of this Letter. They need to do their job," Trump wrote, warning the Democratic Party Leaders that the ball is in their court. "I look forward to meeting with you when you become realistic about what our Country stands for," the head of the White House concluded.
