Inspectors in transport: how does the new payment system work?

In Yerevan, under a new law, there are supposed to be inspectors in public transport to check fare payments, but our filming crew did not notice them at the stops. Most citizens are dissatisfied with the new payment system. The municipality insists that the new system is convenient and promises reforms, while the opposition criticizes it, claiming that the authorities are suppressing a boycott and failing the transport system.
