Three years after the September aggression
13 SEP 2025 08:21
Three years have passed since Azerbaijan's September aggression against the Republic of Armenia. On September 13, 2022, Azerbaijan once again showed military aggression against Armenia, as a result of which the Armenian side had 224 casualties. During that time, the Azerbaijani army intensively fired from artillery, large-caliber firearms at Armenian positions and settlements in the direction of Goris, Kapan, Sotk, Jermuk, Artanish, and Ishkhanasar. As a result of the military aggression, the enemy had a positional advance in the directions of Jermuk, Nerkin Hand, Verin Shorzha, Artanish, and Sotk. For three years now, the Azerbaijani troops have not yet withdrawn from the occupied territories. The RA authorities refrain from combat operations against them, and in response to questions on this topic, they assure that after delimitation, the Azerbaijanis themselves will withdraw from the occupied territories.
