Azerbaijani oil dollars are paving new paths: From Bulgaria to Syunik

Azerbaijan's state-owned SOCAR has created a consortium with Turkey's Cengiz Holding to buy Bulgaria's "Lukoil" plant. This step aims to give SOCAR the opportunity to become more influential in the global energy market.
