Shahramanyan: Impossible to Legally Seize Artsakh's Office

It is impossible to legally take the building of the Artsakh Representation. Samvel Shahramanyan, the 5th president of Artsakh, said this in a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.

"Since 1997, by the decision of the mayor, and by the government's decision, and already since 2022 by the Foreign Minister, the building has been recognized as a diplomatic corps, a building, so there is no legal basis," he noted.
