Sevak Khachatryan, "Victory" Party Candidate, Casts Vote

Everything is to be expected from the current authorities, but there is no fear that in case of the Civil Contract party's defeat in Vagharshapat, the Gyumri scenario could be repeated with criminal prosecution against the opposition mayor. Sevak Khachatryan, the mayoral candidate of the "Victory" alliance, stated this in a conversation with journalists before casting his vote at polling station 14/10.

"I believe we are heading for an absolute victory," he said.

Khachatryan stated that he is going to vote for the future and development of the community, so that they can implement their programs related to both rural and urban settlements.
