Sargsyan: Not a Peace Treaty, But a "Tale of Capitulation"

This document should be called not a peace treaty, but a tale about how the capitulator satisfied the latest demands of Azerbaijan. The 3rd President of the RA, Serzh Sargsyan, said this before his court hearing, speaking about the Washington agreement. He promised to answer other questions after the court session.
