Sargsyan: Negotiations Needed, But Not from Position of a Capitulator

"Negotiations with Azerbaijan should be conducted, but not from the position of a capitulator." This was stated by the third President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a conversation with journalists.

"Capitulation is not a one-time act or action. If you are interested in the history of wars, you will see that capitulation is a continuous phenomenon, after a court session," Sargsyan noted.
