Dear compatriots,
More than three decades ago, we as a nation said 'Yes!' to independence, to the preservation of our national identity and dignity, to the idea of our sovereign statehood.
Today is the time to unitedly and decisively say 'No!' to the capitulant and nation-denying current rulers, who have squandered the achievements of that independence, devalued and distorted the idea, endangering the future of our state and people.
Personal rule is not sovereignty; multi-dependence is not independence.
The current regime, promising a "real Armenia," presents us with a false Armenia, a worthless Armenia, a dishonorable Armenia.
Unfortunately, we are greeting the anniversary of the historic day of the re-establishment of our statehood under the most serious threats: a part of the territory of the Republic of Armenia is occupied, the borders are violated, sovereignty is undermined, Artsakh is depopulated and surrendered, the prisons are full of political prisoners.
The Third Republic is not just a numbered manifestation of statehood, but the result of the struggle of the Armenian people for freedom and independence. The state is formed on the basis of that struggle, continuity, truth, the historical memory and will of the people.
Those who babble about a republic with new numbering are trying to erase our memory, distort history, deny the past, reject the victories.
But history does not start from a "zero point."
Blood cannot become water, martyrdom cannot become statistics, heroism cannot become a historical mistake.
It cannot!
We will still celebrate this day when we restore our dignity as a nation, a state, and citizens, by removing the state-destroying rulers.
The debt to the homeland is not temporary.
When statehood is endangered, there is one path for all Armenians: the path of defending the state.
Glory to those who heroically fell to raise Armenia to its feet.
Honor to those who stand firm to defend statehood.
God protect Armenia and the Armenian people.
