Serzh Sargsyan: The Artsakh Issue Can Always Be Reopened

On September 2, the next court session in the case of the 3rd President of the RA, Serzh Sargsyan, took place. In a brief conversation with journalists before the session, Serzh Sargsyan addressed the Artsakh topic, noting that the issue is not finally closed.
