Search and rescue operations in Chambarak have been suspended

The large-scale search and rescue operations carried out after today's explosion in building 4 on Tigran Mets Street in the town of Chambarak have been suspended, and duty has been established at the scene to manage current issues. This was stated on the Facebook page of Narek Sargsyan, press secretary of the Minister of Internal Affairs.

"Work continues at the interdepartmental level with the involvement of regional and community authorities, in various directions, including assessing the needs of the building's residents, providing necessary medication, food, and shelter, neutralizing the consequences of the incident, and other primary areas. About 35 rescue service employees are involved in the duty established at building 4 on Tigran Mets Street in the town of Chambarak for the operational management of current issues," the post states.
