Sea of Galilee Turns Red in Natural Phenomenon

Some parts of the Sea of Galilee turned blood red this week, a natural phenomenon caused by the accumulation of a natural pigment produced by certain algae under the influence of strong sun. The pigment is non-toxic and is not dangerous to humans in any way.

It is recalled that the Sea of Galilee is a lake in the territory of Israel. The evangelical name of the lake was given from the city of Galilee located in its vicinity.
