Mikayelyan: We Wouldn't Have Lost Artsakh If Vazgen Were Alive

"If Vazgen were alive, such a thing could not have happened with Karabakh," Sasun Mikayelyan, chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union board, told reporters.
