Russia Says It Downed 34 Ukrainian Drones Overnight

From 23:00 on September 5 to 07:00 on September 6 (Moscow time), 34 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down and destroyed by on-duty air defense systems. 14 of them were shot down over the waters of the Black Sea. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Moscow also reports on the strikes delivered by the Russian side. From August 30 to September 5, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation delivered one massive and four group strikes with high-precision weapons and strike UAVs.

As a result, enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine were hit, as well as objects of fuel, transport and port infrastructure serving the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military airfields, workshops for the production of long-range UAVs and storage sites, weapons depots, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations, nationalists and foreign mercenaries.

In addition, one station of the HIMARS and the US-made "Patriot" air defense system were destroyed, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
