Russia is Preparing for Nuclear Weapons Tests

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, and special services to "submit proposals on the possibility of preparing for nuclear weapons tests."

It should be recalled that earlier Russia had conducted tests with types of weapons capable of carrying nuclear warheads. In parallel, tests of almost the same format have also begun in the USA.
