Russia Hits Ukraine with Over 500 Drones and Missiles

On the night of September 2-3, Russian forces launched a massive strike on Ukraine, using 502 unmanned aerial vehicles, 15 "Kalibr" missiles, and 8 "X-101" cruise missiles. This was reported by the BBC Russian Service.
In the Kirovohrad region, 4 employees of a railway company were injured. Train traffic was temporarily disrupted. 17 residential buildings were damaged, one of which was destroyed.
In the Kyiv region, debris from a downed target caused a fire, damaged cars and windows.
In the Chernihiv region, according to local authorities, drones struck a "critical infrastructure object." 30,000 households were left without electricity.
Damage from drone strikes was also recorded in the Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lutsk regions.
Ukraine, in turn, also carried out air strikes on Russia. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the downing of 105 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles.
Drones were shot down, in particular, over the Rostov, Bryansk, Krasnodar, Kaluga, and Smolensk regions, the Black and Azov seas, and Crimea.
