Russia Hits Ukraine With 12 Missiles; One Killed in Sumy

Overnight, the Russian army carried out another massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine, launching a total of 12 missiles. Several regions were targeted, resulting in at least one death, injuries, and significant damage to infrastructure.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the Russian side used various types of missiles, including three "Kinzhal" hypersonic missiles, four "Iskander-M" operational-tactical missiles, and five missiles launched from S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft systems. According to the report, Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down one of the "Kinzhal" missiles.
The most severe situation from the attack occurred in the Sumy region. According to Ukrainian police, one man was killed as a result of the Russian strike there, and five others received injuries of varying degrees.
In the city of Dnipro, as reported by the head of the regional administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, a fire broke out at one of the enterprises due to the strikes. According to him, one person was injured.
In the Mykolaiv region, the strikes hit energy infrastructure. The head of the regional administration, Vitalii Kim, reported that as a result, electricity was temporarily cut off in 12 settlements. He later added that the power supply had been restored. In the city of Mykolaiv, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, fires broke out at a car service station and a supermarket. No information about casualties was received from here.
Additionally, the city of Kharkiv and the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia were also shelled overnight. So far, no information about deaths or injuries has been reported from these areas.
