Lavrov: Russia Agrees to Ukraine Security Guarantees

Russia agrees that Ukraine's security guarantees should be provided on an equal basis, with the participation of China, the USA, Britain, and France. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

It should be recalled that during the meeting in Washington on August 18, the US President had noted that Ukraine will not be part of NATO, but European countries - France, Germany, Britain - want to have troops on the ground.
