Opening Border is the Goal of Turkey Talks, Says Armenian Envoy

The process of normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations is about opening the closed border and establishing Armenian-Turkish diplomatic relations. Ruben Rubinyan said this in the National Assembly in response to journalists' questions and added that, naturally, the bilateral discussions are about just that.

Journalists had asked whether the opening of the borders would be discussed during the meeting with Serdar Kılıç.
