Roads in Armenia Mostly Passable, Lars Open

As reported by the Rescue Service, the roads in the territory of the RA are mainly passable. Due to the major repair work on the Korea Gorge road and taking into account the danger of rockfall, the road has been temporarily closed to traffic since August 19.

According to the information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
