Putin and Pezeshkian Discuss South Caucasus in Phone Call

Putin and Pezeshkian had a telephone conversation: they discussed the problems of the South Caucasus.

The leaders of Russia and Iran also touched upon current issues on the bilateral agenda, the situation around Iran's nuclear program, and the results of the negotiations held in Alaska.

Putin and Pezeshkian agreed to meet at the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in China.
