The numbers published by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan were published by the Statistical Committee of the RA and are, therefore, absolutely correct. Minister of Economy of the RA Gevorg Papoyan wrote about this on his Facebook page and shared a copy of the Statistical Committee's data.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed the growth of trade turnover between the two countries at the CIS summit.
At the CIS summit, Putin noted that membership in the EAEU opens markets for countries and provides economic benefits. As an example, the Russian leader cited the growth in trade volumes between Russia and Armenia, asking Pashinyan about the trade turnover figures.
"This year it has already reached 4 billion (dollars)," said Pashinyan.
"No, more," Putin disagreed with a smile.
The Armenian Prime Minister also cited his data from last year, but on this issue too, the information of the two leaders did not coincide.
"Last year it was about 9 billion (dollars)," noted Pashinyan.
"More. Last year it was more, and this year it will be even more. That is just obvious," Putin replied to the Armenian Prime Minister.
