Putin Discusses CIS Relations with Security Council

Putin is discussing Russia's relations with other CIS countries at a meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council, the Kremlin reports.

Opening the meeting, the Russian President called the work with the Commonwealth countries the most important area of Russian policy.
