Regulator Cites 3 Reasons to Terminate ENA's License

The decision to terminate the license of ENA, the draft of which has already been published, will be discussed at the commission's session on November 13.

The document states that the temporary manager of ENA, Romanos Petrosyan, submitted letters to the commission, according to which in January 2025, ENA's automated accounting system failed, and the data of ENA's automated electricity metering systems starting from 2018 were deleted.

As a second basis, the commission presented ENA's under-collections and surcharges.

As a third basis for suspending ENA's license, the provision of financial guarantees by the company for other companies within the "Tashir Group" was mentioned.
